HIPAA-aware health data
For health products we design for encryption, role-based access and audit logs, on HIPAA-eligible AWS services covered by AWS's BAA. Student and children's data can be planned around FERPA and COPPA. You own the compliance sign-off.

Production runs in us-east-1 (N. Virginia) or another US region you pick, defined in Terraform with least-privilege access and logging. These practices help a later SOC 2 audit; they are not a certification.
Stripe subscriptions
Stripe Checkout, Billing and the customer portal for trials, seats and usage-based plans, with webhooks tied to plan limits. Card details stay in Stripe's hosted fields, which keeps your PCI DSS scope small.
NDA and IP assignment
We sign your mutual NDA before discovery, and the agreement assigns all code, designs and IP to your US company, which keeps the ownership trail clean for investors and acquirers.
Async by default
Questions and updates go through Slack, Discord or email, so progress from the Indian day is there to read when you log on. A weekly call and a live staging URL let you check the build yourself.
